ANASIA Founded in Bali and Java in 1997 under European ownership, Anasia started as a pioneer in the development of luxury, engineered prefabricated structures. They successfully developed a proprietary building system that utilizes tropical timbers and wood craftsmanship in combination with advanced technology and production methods. Anasia purchases lumber directly from government certified, managed forest concessions. The raw timbers are milled and kiln dried in their own factory to strict standards. Anasia's primary structural timber is Merbau (Instia Bakerie), which is known in Southeast Asia and Australia for its structural strength, dimensional stability, extreme resistance to insects (superior to treated lumber), fire resistance , straight grain and beautiful golden to walnut and reddish brown tones.

Their core factory is set up for the production of structural, framing and trim components, as well as the prefabrication of entire structures. Anasia builds post and beam designs with structural shear wall panels fastened with custom designed and fabricated, bolted stainless steel hangers, brackets, connectors and plates that are engineered to exceed building code requirements for shear, seismic and wind loads. Components are labeled, packed, insured and then container shipped worldwide.

Using this system Anasia has completed projects for luxury hotels, public facilities, restaurants and custom residences in some of the most challenging physical and building code environments in the world, including Tahiti, France, Cuba, New Caledonia and Vanuatu. Even stronger is an Anasia cost analysis, as they supply a much faster production and higher quality product, while pricing remains highly competitive with standard building costs.  Among their repeat clients is the French construction giant Bouygues Batiment International for whom they worked on various projects for the Cuban government, including a vacation home for Raul Castro.

In addition to prefabricating entire structures, Anasia has developed several direct partnerships with major Indonesian factories specializing in finish building components including flooring, decking, doors, wood profiles, veneer work, natural stone, roof tiles, metal works, hardware and fixtures. Furthermore, Anasia has developed a separate production furniture division that has access to the finest tropical furniture factories. Beyond providing turn key packages to five star hotel clients, Anasia's Décor Division is a leading supplier to major Japanese and European retail and wholesale furnishing companies.
